SaaS ServiceNow Consultant/Architect - Edinburgh - Contract.
A global IT services company is searching for a SaaS ServiceNow Consultant/Architect to join their team in Edinburgh on a contract basis. The role will involve working on site at a large banking organisation.
The SaaS ServiceNow Consultant/Architect will be responsible for delivering successful SaaS ServiceNow engagements. The SaaS ServiceNow Consultant is primarily responsible for effectively recommending and driving SaaS ServiceNow based solutions across multiple projects with multiple customers at one time.
This is a customer facing role and the ability to lead engagements and grow existing customer relationships is key. The selected candidate must possess the ability to drive ServiceNow based solutions from end-to-end. Knowledge of working across multiple cloud platforms and agile methodologies is critical.
The candidate will be able to architect and deliver complex ServiceNow projects. This includes engaging with the sales team and provide pre-sales support, leading workshops with customer stakeholders, creating technical designs and articulate these to all project stakeholders including design documentation and leading project teams through project milestones through to successful completion of projects.
