Solo Pine is searching for an experienced, friendly, and hardworking individual to join our team as a customer support representative.
Solo Pine designs & develops a variety of premium WordPress themes for sale on the ThemeForest marketplace. We firmly believe in delivering not only beautiful & functional products to our customers, but also a very high level of personable customer support.
Critical requirements for the position:
- Extensive experience with & understanding of the WordPress platform
- Skilled in HTML/CSS, PHP, and Javascript
- Previous technical/customer support experience
- Firm ability to understand & communicate in English, including proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
