Description
My client are recruiting a Finance Manager/Controller on an initial 3 month contract to be based in London.
Duties will include:
General Accounting
- Prepare fixed asset reconciliation in line with local GAAP
Payroll
- Manage Legacy payroll accounts for appropriate monthly clearing
- Assist with transition to new accounting year for FY15 year end
Statutory Reporting
- Collect needed information and completing forms to government and authorities
Audit
- Plan and coordinate pre audit & statutory audit
Tax
- Reviewing & approving monthly VAT report for submission
- Reconciling monthly VAT returns
Employee Tax
- Ensure company meets all employee tax obligations working with Payroll/HR
Treasury
- Work with group treasury to ensure local treasury requirements are met
- Preparing monthly cash flow forecast
