Job Summary
My client is a major Telco company operating in the Benelux region. They are currently implementing new platforms across the company and require a Solution Architect to support a number of parallel projects.
The role
Responsible for analysing, designing & developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions for the client.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Scope, define and design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions in OSS/BSS area
Developing end-to-end process (Level 1 through 5) flows in Service Fulfillment and/or Service Assurance
Deep understanding in eTOM/ITIL, preferably certified
Analyse customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis in OSS/BSS area
Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
Rollout of competence and knowledge to internal customers (eg Regions, GSCs, LSO)
Support deployment of solution
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
Key skills

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
At least 7 years of relevant professional experience of which a minimum of 5 years in the function of Solution Architect in the OSS/BSS area (Network Inventory, Order Management, Revenue Management, Service Fulfillment, and Service Assurance)
Product Catalogue and Order Management is a big plus.
Several years experience in brown-field, migration or swap projects technically
Deep understanding about operator business and operational processes in connection with OSS/BSS systems
