Description
My client is urgently seeking a Senior Town Planner on a 6 month contract basis to be based in Devon.
You will be assisting the planning department in assessing current and upcoming schemes, compiling reports ensuring that project are on track and assessing any impact schemes may have on heritage sites or listed buildings.
Essential Skills:
Development and maintenance planning experience
Housing/heritage/listed buildings/conservation planning experience
Experience with planning software
