We posted this project before but since we haven`t found the right match we am posting it again, this time with extra information.
We are looking for several Front End developers (+ 1 lead) who will be part of a newly started team in Amsterdam.
You will be working on a high traffic website where the challenge is to make from several products they have, one family product. The website will be a smart website which makes sure that when the target group visits, they receive the information they need without searching for it. Google+ and LinkedIn are good examples of how this new landing page will perform.
HTML, CSS, JavaScript are the skills you need to get this job done.
The rest of the attributes you will be using will be decided when you are on the job with the rest of the team.
We search developers that:
- enjoy working in an agile environments
- have relevant work experience in building user facing web products
- are serious about their work, but not take themselves too seriously
- are collaborative and team player
As Front End developer you should have:
- experience with CSS3 and preferably JavaScript
- experience building responsive websites in HTML5, preferably in a mobile first fashion
- at least familiar with information design, interaction design and visual design
Plusses:
- experience with a CSS preprocessor (SASS, LESS, etc)
Although we would like some JavaScript skills, we would prefer people who place much less emphasis on that and much more emphasis on translating conceptual design work (from the prototype) into actual html5/CSS interface and responsive design.
Start: within 6 week would be ideal
Term: At least until the of the year (preferably longer)
Location: Amsterdam
40 hours a week
