PHP Web Developer (Contract 6 months)
My client is looking for a strong PHP Web developer for a 6 month rolling contract. The candidate should have strong experience in Web Development working extensively in LAMP environment. Ideally looking for someone who can start ASAP,
Technical Experience
- You've worked with web development technologies, client side with Javascript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, DOM and on the Server Side with Object Oriented PHP
- You've got the relevant certifications and experience in Web Development
- You've experience integrating SOA services using technologies such as SOAP and ReST
- You know your way around a LAMP stack and are familiar with Apache, MySQL and linux configuration
- You're familiar with building responsive websites
- You've got full project life cycle experience with an agile methodology
Nice to have
- Awareness of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI/DSS) and OWASP secure programming guidelines
- Experience with node.js, require.js
- Experience with modx CMS
- Experience working with source control techniques such as branching, merging using TFS, GitHub or SVN
