Financial Coordinator - Feltham - Delivery & Logistics Team:

A Financial Coordinator is required to join a successful Logistics team for my multinational client based in Feltham, (West London). The main focus of the Logistics Coordinator will be Responsible for the management of the 'in region' Upstream sessions budget to ensure a net zero annual recovery - reconciling all spend and recovery which passes through 'in region' sessions.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Coordinator:

  • Responsible for ensuring vendor payments are made promptly, and recorded accurately on the internal GLOBE system (venues, external trainers, material print & deliver and other)
  • Calculate delegate tuition fees for each session and pass to LCs to advertise on Excellence Portal within agreed/specified timeframes.
  • Reconcile invoicing and orders and prepare chargeback documentation to required standards and within defined timescales.

  • Complete monthly and quarterly reporting as required, ensuring they are completed to a high degree of accuracy and detail and within specified timelines. Similarly prepare and submit accruals and forecast information promptly and as required.
  • Management of currency issues/conversations and associated reconciliations.

Key Requirements for the Financial Coordinator:

  • Able to demonstrate experience in establishing mutually beneficial relationships, in
  • negotiating compromises and brokering agreements.
  • Proven experience in financial logistics administration &
  • Proven ability to prioritise own work effectively in a busy, multi-faceted role.
  • Able to demonstrate problem solving and 'customer service' skills & experience
  • Experience in dealing with and negotiating with vendors and internal customers
  • A self starter, able to progress issues and work under own steam; but aware of the need to escalate and seek advice or guidance as required.
