ITSM Consultant
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Some travel required to Basel, Switzerland)
Duration: 6 months
Required Skills:
- Prior experience of project leadership/management at a client engagement level
- Leadership and Task management of supporting operational resources
- Familiarity of Remedy as ITSM toolset
- Foundation knowledge of BMC Remedy Change, Config, Incident, Problem and Knowledge modules
- Experience of Onboarding of Application and/or Infrastructure CIs to Remedy
- ITSM/ITIL knowledge as a given
- Must be able to travel between or be based in Basel, CH or Dublin, IRE (Dublin most likely as base)
