The Interim Assignment
The Interim Senior Learning and Development Business Partner will join the L&D team, which consists of four members who work cross all divisions - Global Financial Advisory, Wealth Management & Trust, Banking, Merchant Banking and the Support Divisions and geographies - in partnership with the HR
Generalists to provide support on the following services:
* Training and development
* Talent management
* Graduate Training
* Performance Management
* Organisation development and Change Management
The Interim Manager
The successful candidate will partner the HR Generalists and the Business Heads in the Wealth Management & Trust and Merchant Banking divisions globally, therefore experience across Financial Services is essential to be considered for this role.
