Our client, a leading financial services firm, are looking for a Senior Fraud Operations Manager to work out of their Gloucester offices.
The successful candidate will act as a senior point of expertise/input into the running of the operations team and development of the transactional fraud strategy.
The successful Senior Fraud Operations Manager candidate will have the following:
- Experience managing operational teams.
- Experience managing transactional fraud dealings.
- Experience driving fraud change or developing fraud strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management / communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with transactional fraud across digital channels is beneficial.
