MI Manager - Business Intelligence - Retail Banking
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a MI Manager to be based in Stockport (Manchester) for a 9 month contract with a daily rate up to £300.
You will be working for a Leading UK Retail Bank.
Purpose of the role:
- Build and maintain relationships with a full range of internal stakeholders to enhance and maximise the provision of solutions.
- Plan and manage work requests to make sure that deadlines are met and manage the expectations of the internal customer.
- Lead the engagement with internal customers to ensure reporting issues are managed through to resolution and escalated as appropriate.
- The provision of timely, accurate and relevant Management Information reporting across the work stream and potentially wider programme
- Design and build MI reporting solutions.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining standards and documentation.
- Ensure agreed service levels are met and where appropriate, exceeded.
- Ensure reporting is maintained for on-going relevance and any unnecessary reporting is ceased.
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Financial services experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience of designing and building MI reporting solutions.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proven experience of advanced Excel, Macro's and VBA.
