Asa consultant/expert in the SAP Process Integration area, you are involved in all areas of integration with the SAP and non-SAP systemsof the client. You work in a team of technically skilled people to handle the interface development for the current and future SAP PI systems.
You have the skills required to work in a team. One of the most important aspects of working in the PI team is communication with clients and business partners. This will be an important part of your work.
With in-depth technical knowledge of SAP Integration you are able to execute integration projects for the client against predefined timelines.
You take responsibility for operations and incident resolution in the interfacing environment.
Skills- must haves
- SAPcertified developer for SAP Netweaver PI (a plus but not a must
- At least 2 years experience in developing interfaces with SAP Netweaver PI.
- Or at least 3 years experience in developing interfaces with a different Middleware product.
- Knowledge of integration technologies and standards (with SAP) like ALE/RFC, IDOC, ABAP proxies, SOAP, JMS, XML, EDI, etc.
- Basic development skills in Java and knowledge of SAP Netweaver Application Server and SAP J2EE architecture.
Skills - nice to haves
- Technical knowledge on OS (Windows.nix) level: basic commands, mounts, network share and security settings
- Knowledge and experience with database technologies like Oracle DB and MS SQLServer
