Description
The responsibilities of the Partnerships Manager will include:
- Supporting the team to manage relationships with the public and private sector organisations within the existing schemes
- Developing new opportunities and partnerships in the region.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and revenue generation, as well as handling initial business leads.
- Work with local staff to ensure the scheme is effective and participants are engaged to the maximum
Profile
The ideal Partnerships manager will:
- Have proven experience of successful partnership building
- Be entrepreneurial and have experience of securing new business and generating revenue
- Proven experience of problem solving and driving improvement
- Be a creative thinker, able to see new opportunities for collaboration
- Be able to sell concepts and initiatives to new organisations
- Be pro-active, dynamic and able to inspire and enthuse others
- Be able to build and maintain excellent client relationships
- Have experience of negotiating deals with corporate partners
