Description
Role:
- Lawyer, who will be working closely with our compliance colleagues in Singapore, as well as the rest of the Asset Management legal and compliance team located in Singapore and Hong Kong (total of 6 members).
Business area:
- Supporting all aspects of the group's Asset Management business in Singapore and in the region, which work involves fund formation and structuring, distribution of private funds in the region.
- Also offering of investment advisory/management services to institutional clients as well as to our clients in the Private Bank. Familiarity with the FAA and the SFA would be an advantage.
Requirements:
Qualified Singapore lawyer (Senior Associate level) with investment funds or regulatory practice experience preferred. This is an immediate start for the right candidate.
