Delivery of complete validated sequences in a uniform way to successfully execute complex field upgrades/complex replacements and secure post action AV

Job Description

- During feasibility phase 

o Participate in design documentation reviews. Assist Upgrade PL on mapping EE deliveries/priorities.

- During definition phase

o Determine, develop & write the optimal upgrade/replacement sequence,.

o Chase & collect pre/post FP, ATP, (S/W./fco) pre-requisites

o Collect, map & challenge CS SRS. Embed lessons learned. Secure efficient sequence format & coach profiling

o Determine (# of) resources, map competencies & skills: advise CS on blueprint/training. Create 1 overall KT based on cluster KT's

o Monitor EE deliverables

o Challenge cluster EE's on design, feasibility & service mix. Align with EE's on status/required actions. Actively organize/host meetings.

o Secure mapping of move out/in scenario & recovery needs. Key for CT

- During Alpha, drive service mix validation

o Own/dispatch B7 air id's. Report technical status of package & identify (quality) risks

o Actively participate in alphas: join daily progress meetings. Visit cleanroom during critical actions: co-validate service mix: initiate improvements.

- During On-site validation

o Drive development of and actively participate in on-site co-validation of ZRGP, audit, pre upgrade site survey & health check documentation

- During Beta

o Generate, execute and evaluate the on-site beta test TPS of the upgrade package

- (Post) Release for volume

o Maintain overall (coach) sequence enclosing all sub procedures, a-times, sections, parts, tools, planned start/stop

o Investigate package AV/CT issues. Perform on-site visits & initiate improvements and actively implement learnings in (optimized/new) WOW and cross sectorial processes related to complex upgrades/replacements

Education

Technical Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or similar.

Experience

  • Proven understanding of machine cluster functionality and overall system knowledge & sub-competencies (mechanics, electronics, optics, software, etc.)
  • Familiar with customer (sub) fab & local facilities: able to project IRM requirements/restrictions on cleanroom, gray area, warehouse activities
