My Client, a leading Financial Services organisation requires an experienced Risk Programme Manager to work on a Complex Change Programme.
Requirements of the role are as follows:
- Demonstrable experience of a track record of delivering complex risk programmes
- Experience in managing bad debt programmes and arrears management
- Experience and understanding of retail banking and ideally mortgage products
- Proven experience managing Credit Risk processes and credit forbearance
- Highly skilled at shaping diverse and complex business objectives in to projects and programmes with capabilities
- Extensive experience of delivery using structured methods with proven ability to flex to approach organisational needs
- Ability to work in a relatively unstructured and pressured environment
- Experience in managing relationships with the FCA and PRA
