Description
An opportunity has arisen at a fast growing software house in Leeds as the Interim CFO, to take overall responsibility of the finance function and liaise directly with key stakeholders at the top of the business.
Working with the board, you will hold responsibility for financials, budget, investment, audit, accounting, payroll, taxes, credit, cash flow management and risk management activities.Taking a full review of the current financial and making recommendations to the board.
There is a need to create a blueprint for the organisation moving forward and adopt best practices, to continue the dynamism that the business has been renowned for in the industry.
This role requires someone with drive and authority to take ownership and make people accountable.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong experience as an interim CFO that can hit the ground running. Preferably will have worked in fast paced growing organisations and has the vision to drive growth forwards.
