Description
Release Manager
Travel:
- some business trips in Europe
- few working week-ends are expected (Go Live week-end) 4-5 per year.
Context:
Within IT Europe department the release manager will join a team of 4 members.
Function Description:
- Responsible for the go-live of various projects regrouped in a release for European branches
- In charge of building overall planning after analysis of risks and schedules imposed by the diverse phases of the release management (Analysis, IST, UAT, Non-regression test, Dress rehearsal, go-live week-end and aftercare week)
- Redaction of project coordination dashboard: Release scope, kick-off presentation slides, Go-No-go presentation slides, conference call minutes
- Prepare and chair weekly conference calls with all the participant of the release (Project managers, Technical release manager, Business analyst )
- Preparation of the test environments, in collaboration with a technical release manager
- Supervision of integration, user and non-regression tests with all the participants of the release
Education:
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in IT/banking project management
Languages Requirement:
French: Will be a +
English: Mandatory
Required knowledge/Experience:
- Experience 2-3 years of Project management and coordination experience
- Project management: building overall planning, risk analysis, actions management according to their priority
- Coordination of project participants
- Communication
- Cash management/Risk/Finance knowledge
- Banking experience will be a +, but not mandatory
