My client are a fast growing recruitment company based in Central London. They are currently in an exciting period of expansion, and are looking for a part-qualified FP&A executive to join their finance team.
This is a great chance to join them at the beginning of a growth period. They are in a beautiful central location on the river, with great travel links.
This role will act as a deputy to the FP&A manager, and will supervise a commercial analyst in their absence.
Within 6 months there is a likelyhood that this person will step up to cover the FP&A manager whilst on maternity leave.
Key Tasks;
*Analysis/Planning
*Analytical review of gross margin and P&L's
*Productivity trends
*Benchmarking vs industry trends
*Competitor analysis
*Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
*Production of the operational budget and consolidation
*Support the tender process
*Financial modelling
*Pricing support
*Framework submissions
Reporting;
*Daily, weekly and monthly margin reports and KPI's
*Framework reporting
*Productivity analysis
*Operational and control performance
*Assist with the preparation of the board pack
*KPI reviews
*Development of new reports
*Ad-hoc reporting
Key skills;
*CIMA/ACCA/ACA part qualified
*Strong analytical skills
*Strong Excel skills
*Strong organisational skills
*Strong interpersonal skills

*Ability to mentor staff

Desirable experience;
*Experience in similar FP&A role
*Experience within recruitment
*Experience within healthcare/NHS
