Skills and experience:

  • At least 3 years experience with BMC ITSM suite v7.x & v8.x (including non out of the box development);

  • At least 3 years experience with BMC administering;

  • Knowledge of BMC web services;

  • Experience with Atrium SSO would be an advantage.
