We are currently searching for a SR, Sales trainer/manager to work in Utrecht, The Netherlands for 3 months plus extensions. This is a fantastic contract opportunity for a large multi-national client.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct input of programming requirements for OSA programs for designated pillars/lobs within Oracle and within their region.
  • Work with the appropriate Oracle sales groups to plan and execute regional based business plans and objectives to achieve sales performance goals focused on revenue and margin attainment, talent retention and development.
  • Conduct skills assessments and needs analysis for the region and build training plans to ensure skills, knowledge, and behaviors of regional teams are sufficient to execute the regional business plans.
  • Oversee and deploy applicable internal or industry accreditations and certifications within region.
  • Act as the regional point of contact and escalation point for LOB/Sub-Region operations and planning in the region.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality instruction for designated regional groups. This many include supervising and directing members of the delivery team to ensure that the content and delivery are correct and consistent, as well as developing and mentoring staff to ensure they are updated on product and services offering.
  • Develop training methods to ensure that instructors are confident and comfortable when training new hires or providing advanced training to management and executives.
  • Implement the delivery resource certification process for each course offering they are point.
  • Manage delivery resources and other Oracle personnel and third-parties performing training roles in region.
  • Create and staff class schedules that align with the business needs of the lob/region and OSA.
  • Provide input to the program development team to ensure the development of accurate and timely courseware to support global and regional goals.
  • Evaluate delivery resources and provide one-on-one coaching to ensure the quality of work and conformance with the team's policies and procedures.
  • Meet with employees, vendors, and partners, as necessary, to plan work and solicit feedback and to resolve issues.
  • Work with the Tools and Technology Team to coordinate delivery efforts with plans to implement new learning delivery systems in region.
  • Assist in the construction and management of the OSA Regional Team's budget.
  • Assist in the creation of quarterly business reviews within the region to ensure training metrics are communicated and quarterly goals are met.
  • Participate as required in regional governance board to ensure alignment to regional business goals and prioritize regional training objectives.
