Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Start date: ASAP
Contract length: 1 year (possible extension)
My client is currently looking to hire a Integrated Customer Management System (ICMS) specialist Business Analyst to work with one of their Telecom clients in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a key global software vendor where there is a high chance of contract extension.
Responsibilities:
*Participate in meetings with the customer to capture business requirements
*Apply best practices for gathering, reviewing and analysing and documenting business requirements.
*Assess and analyse customer requirements to evaluate and document possible solutions and/or alternative methods of proceeding.
*Creates Functional Requirements/Specification through features and detailed user requirements to convey the business requirements to the IT Developers.
*Document implementation requirements, test scenarios, and test cases.
*Ability to lead UAT testing efforts.
*Work & define the functional architecture
*Define the project scope and deliverables working alongside the customer
*Compose project documents and review documents of other team members
*Gather business requirements
*Prepare SMR (system modification request) for user requirements
*Attend Business Acceptance Testing to see if program modifications
*Review and approve Enhancement Specification Document (ESD).
*Raise faults for errors investigated.
*Prepare SQL request for data fixes.
*Do function testing of SMR's and fix programs.
*Prepare reports for users.
*Parameter updates.
Technical Summary:
4-5 years of extensive work experience ICMS and AS400.
Extensive experience in any or more than one of the following ICMS core modules: Billing, Customer Care, Provisioning, Plan, Rating, or any other ICMS core modules.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Computers or IT Technical certifications is mandatory
