URGENT - Controls Engineer - North West - £250 to £270/day
My client base in Greater Manchester urgently requires a Controls Engineer to bring an additional level of skill to the existing team in a small but successful company.
The candidate will be working on process and packaging equipment, writing code from scratch. The role includes both installation and commissioning, and travel to site on a regular basis, mainly Ireland.
Skills/experience
- Experience with Siemens PLC software (S7 300 - TIA Portal)
- Experience with conveyor systems
- Adaptable and willing to muck in
- Ability to work on own initiative, away from home
Rate £250 to £270 a day, depending on experience. When working away the candidate will be required to work for 12 days on with all accommodation, travel and expenses paid.
