Responsibilities:
  • Write, deploy, and maintain queries and stored procedures with high level SQL experience to support both internal and client delivery of daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Create/update programming reporting data to a final delivery form through use of Excel, Access, or other acceptable form to create custom client reporting.
  • Handles Analysis as per client's needs.
  • Will identify trends and or patterns by product/performance/finances/areas of opportunity/invoicing
  • Handles the Deck creation for QBRs with Clients
  • Write batch files or VBS scripts in support of reporting automation.
  • Maintain databases, tables, indices, etc, in SQL Server .
  • Build and maintain data architecture for reporting team.
  • Create and manage across multiple platforms, including Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL server or even into MS Access.
  • Coordinate the gathering of client data with system team members and others on the functional team to ensure success internally and externally with our clients and partners.
  • Plan and prepare for new clients, new programs, and new reports occurring in the day-to-day process by working together with those providing data and developing the new reports and gaining a working knowledge of the new reports.
  • Review and assess data being reported, alerting team members of any issues or trends that should be acted upon.
  • Deliver custom reporting to clients on a timely basis through email, ftp sites, etc.
  • Document and maintain our records of report development work and communicates progress to team members and clients.
  • Publish an inventory of reports and other contact points periodically.
  • Maintain reference tables in support of accurate client reporting.
  • Provide management team with recommendations for improving data and reporting processes.
  • Attend and actively participates in client meetings and internal status meetings to ensure reporting is in place, accurate, and evolves as required to ensure results as well as client and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend weekly client calls, need to be able to communicate with client.
  • Maintain good working relations with client contacts, key members of the team and external resources.
  • Understand client products and related terms and conditions as well as functional process flows to ensure accurate presentation to customers. Document client timelines of process/product changes as well as issues.
  • Participate in the development and growth of our major clients programs. Contribute to annual business planning using our business development process and Performance Management Reviews with each major client.
  • Build custom workflows in SharePoint for reporting team's use and tracking of projects and change management.
  • Maintain a work structure and records to enable extensive multi-tasking while keeping track of deliverables owed and deadlines. Re-prioritize tasks as required to accomplish each day's work.
  • Maintain good working relations with client contacts, key members of the team and external resources.
  • Attend to details with excellent written and verbal communication skills, extreme detail focus to avoid re-work and errors, and 100% follow-thru on outstanding items.
  • Manage completion of specific reporting requests/tactics as assigned.
  • Debit cancelation service provider, reporting and key metrics to clients.
  • Monthly reporting 8-10 business days are very busy.
  • Performance reviews. Looks at trends and values
  • SQL programming Must, dig into data and research and build new reports.
SKILLS:

Skills:
  • 5-7 years Financial Analysis preferred.
  • Would like someone with a strong financial background, need to understand ratios and how business works.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • SQL experience is critical; 3-5 years of T-SQL experience. SQL is a very important tool for researching and reporting
  • MS Office suite: expert user in Excel, Access and PowerPoint are critical.
  • Must be an expert in Excel, it is used daily for reporting.
  • Must be able to present and communicate, both written and orally, to clients.
  • Intermediate experience with SharePoint 2010, including SharePoint Designer for custom workflow builds desired.
  • Must be detail oriented and ability to have high level client facing interactions
