Description
Support integration and configuration for banking application. The functions for this role include understanding how the application functions, how the system uses it, how interfaces work, how to read log files, IIS web logs, host interface lags, channel services logs, how builds work, system architecture, environments, how Fiserv connects and Fiserv environment. The individual would have knowledge of SQL, XML, VISIO, Excel, Microsoft Desktop Products, Lotus Notes and Outlook.
