Role: Finance Manager (Learning Disability Programme)
Location: London
Duration: 10+ Months Initially with possible extension
Roles Description & Responsibilities:
- This role will be located and managed within NHSE Strategic Finance.
- The primary responsibility of the post holder will be to deliver on the objectives of the Learning Disability Programme, on behalf of Strategic Finance and to advise the CFO on the LD Programme.
- Additionally, the post holder may need to support other Strategic Finance functions when their is an organisational need for that support.
Essential Experience:
- Must be a qualified accountant, experienced in strategic financial thinking, with around 3 years' experience leading change/programme management
- 3 years' experience developing business cases
- Has worked autonomously/with senior staff/in a challenging environment dealing with uncertainty, looking for the answers
Desirable Experience:
- Possibly worked within public sector/NHS or for Deloittes for example.
