3 Month Contract

Dublin City Centre

Role Summary:
One of the largest IT service providers in the world, involved in everything from application and infrastructure services to business consulting and telecommunications, are currently looking for a Senior Tester. The successful individual will be based on-site at one of their Dublin city centre clients for the duration of the 3 month contract. The Senior Tester will be responsible for ensuring that all testing is carried out to the highest standard and to ensure that issues are identified.

Responsibilities:

* Review functional design specifications.
* Write detailed acceptance criteria (A/C).
* Identify data requirements for testing.
* Peer review A/C from other team members.
* Execute test criteria.
* Supervise the work of junior testers.

Mandatory Skills:

* SQL/Unix skills.
* Experience of creating acceptance criteria.
* Experience of using Testing Tools.
* Experience in the breadth of different types of testing such as:
o System Testing
o User Acceptance Testing
o Regression Testing
o Disturbance Testing
o Conformance Testing
