IT Helpdesk Support role for 4 months' contract in Dublin

This role will involve working within the support team and providing the technical knowledge via phone in order to permanently resolve any IT problems.

Skills required

  • Technical Helpdesk, Technical Call Centre or IT Support experience
  • MS Office and Internet Browsers knowledge
  • Experience with Windows Operating system: Windows XP or higher
  • PC/Laptop/Printers troubleshooting knowledge
