My client is a leading technology organisation who require a CRM/Service Catalogue expert to work on a long term contact basis in Saudi Arabia.

CRM/Service Catalogue expert

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable in process flow audits, analysis and process redesign
  • Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout duration of the project
  • Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
  • Provide current best practice and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the functional design document
  • Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer and vendors
  • Participate in pre-sales activities

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in Enterprise ICT technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to design and implement a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment. Additional preferred qualifications are:
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Advanced Experience with CRM software in Telecom Industry (eg. Siebel, SAP, Clarify, Vantive, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into solution designs
  • Knowledge of enterprise application architecture (Service Catalog, Order Management, Fulfillment, Mediation, ESB, BI, ERP ...) as well as experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints
  • Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
  • 7-13 years of relevant experience in Enterprise and Business Architecture
  • Prior experience with managed services projects is preferred
  • Strong understanding of the vendor management life cycle and governance process in the telecommunications sector
  • Proven Solutions consulting experience in large enterprises
  • Strong process and procedure ownership experience for system audits
