For a six month project for our banking client sited in Zurich we are looking for severalGerman Speaking Business Analyst for Digital Private Banking Mobile Applications (2742)
In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Mediator between business (banking product management) and IT (application development and others)
• All-over responsibility for all the requirements engineering process cycles
• Analyze existing models and develop businesses processes with subject matter experts
• Derive the project requirements with the business and document them
• Calculating efforts of requirements implementation
• Lead of sub-projects
• Derive test cases or execute those based on the requirements
• Determine project’s delivery specifications by studying solution architecture and, design, customer requirements within the existing IT landscape. Completing technical studies.
• Ensure the solution is compliant with regulations, policies and further obligations
• Confirm performance of the solution by designing and conducting tests
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Required Project Engineer Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree in IT (Bachelor or Master) or in Business Engineering with IT affinity
• 5+ years experiences in business analysis and requirements engineering
• Focused and target oriented person
• Experienced with IT/business-modelling (UML, BPMN) and requirements analysis (IREB, IEEE)
• Application design skills
• Able to work in Agile Project Environments
• Project Management and sub-project management experiences
• Team player and transparent communication skills
• Experiences in processes, methods and procedures in the Finance industry
• Process improvement skills
• Deep technical understanding capabilities
• Documentation skills
• Testing experiences (Test management affinity preferred)
• Quality management experiences preferred
• English (business fluent) and German (fluent) spoken and written.
