The Coordinator within the Test Centre (TC) will be responsible for ensuring quality of software deliveries by coordinating the preparation & execution of Integration testing, setting the standard and improving the quality assurance of the application life cycle within .

TC Provides a single test entity for and other corporate groups performing to Service Level Agreements leveraging demand based resource allocation from key outsource partner and other internal & external Software Delivery parties to produce quality controlled deliverables.

We are looking for a senior Tester who could support the Testmanager. This person must have at least 3 years of Telecom (OSS/BSS) experience.

The end-to-end testmanager will be working on different integrations in the Telecom area.

Job Demands

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

Education level: Bachelor degree or equivalent

Extensive knowledge & experience in Testing Methodologies (ISTQB, TMap, IEEE testing standards)

Knowledge on Test Automation, standardization and Quality management processes

Basic knowledge of TMMi model (Test Maturity Model Integration)

Experience:

o Minimum of 2-3 years related experience in a Service Provider environment on testing, test management and test methodologies

o Minimum of 3 years working in multi-tier international organization

o Minimum of 3 years working in a Java-based development environment

o Experience with B2B projects

o Experience with latest web technologies

o Experience with TPI (Test Process Improvement)

o Experience telecoms is a must

o Experience with offshore teams is a pre
