Skills & Description:
- Overall at least 10 years of experience with Minimum 8 years of applicable experience in Service Delivery Management

- Accountable for efficient planning and tracking of development/support deliverables and ensuring Stakeholders are regularly informed of status and progress within the Platform.
- Responsible for the day to day task management of delivery teams
- Accountable for the effective delivery of Application Support Services for critical banking processes within agreed service levels.
- Accountable for deploying best practice of Programme Management methods for risk & issues, change control, estimating, resource planning.
- Accountable for effective removal of delivery blockers and escalation at all levels.
