On behalf of my Financial client in Brussels I am urgently seeking an experienced JAVA Front End Developer/Programmer to assist with on ongoing Banking programme.
As the JAVA Developer/Programmer you will need to offer experience in the following areas;
Delivery of code, stubs, documentation and test cases as planned for each sprint
As much as automated integration with Client's Continuous Delivery Pipeline
Refined target operating model for external off-site development in Agile integrated with Client's Continuous Delivery
Test Driven Development 100% unit test coverage
Passing Sonar Qube rules without errors
Minimal Defects on System Test of the component delivered by the external factory team
five + years of experience in a Java developer position
Experience with REST services and API's
Experience with Tibco or similar SOA Middleware
Experience with build street automation (Angular, Javascript, Json, HTML5, CSS)
In regards to the Java Front End developers role and responsibilities these will include;
You analyse and design
o Fine tune the product backlog, together with your team and the Product Owner.
o Estimate the complexity of user stories, together with your team
o Split up user stories in sprint tasks, together with your team
o Create tests for user stories, by preference automated tests
You test
o Build test defined user stories
o Maintain the (automated) regression pack of the application
o Guarantee the continuity together with the End-to-End Test Manager
You contribute to the Scrum-process
o Contribute to the planning- and estimation process
o Contribute to the print demo's
o Contribute to the stand-ups
o Contribute to the retrospectives
o mark impediments
o Actively participate in the start-up of process improvements
You work according to the Agile/Scrum methodology and the Continuous Delivery Engineering Practices.
