Description
Investigo are currently looking for a SAP HR Systems Project Manager on an interim basis to strengthen the technical knowledge within the HR Transformation Team. The client is currently involved in a number of projects to align their global processes, create a global operating model and implement a cloud-based HR System to revolutionise the way they operate their HR function.
This is a global roll-out programme and will be based in Madrid with travel to the UK and other parts of Europe. Due to the location a bi-lingual Spanish and English speaking Project Manager is essential and applications without these language skills will not be considered.
Desirable Skills:
- Proven Project Management of Global HR System Implementation
- Knowledge of SAP HR and SuccessFactors
- Excellent ability to manage and co-ordinate the SI partner
- Provide technical experience and guidance on system architecture
- Flexibility to travel
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent stakeholder management
This is an interim assignment for an initial 3 months to be based in Madrid however the Programme is due to continue for at least the next 18 months.
