Description
Service Design and Transition Manager required for our publishing client in London and Essex. You will be responsible for managing the transition of systems from projects to BAU. This includes managing impacts and risks to new and existing services, and making sure all support functions are aware and prepared for any new services deployed. You must have experience of managing deliveries from 3rd parties, experience implementing into a live infrastructure environment and strong experience of transition into service with a track record of success.
