Operations Team Leader/Complaints Manager/Commercial Complaints
An Operations Team Leader is urgently required at a Big 4 UK Bank on an initial 6 month contract to lead a team of 15 on a large scale Complaints Programme.
The successful Operations Team Leader will come from a Commercial Complaints background, mainly focusing on Swaps, Floors, Caps and Loans. This is strictly an Operational role, and not requiring Subject Matter Expertise.
The successful Operations Team Leader will meet the following criteria:
Previous experience as an Operations Team Leader within Commercial Complaints is absolutely essential
Experience within the Operations department of a Financial Services firm
Core Operational Management experience
Experience managing teams 15-20 people
Understanding of Caps, Swaps, Floors etc would be advantageous
This is terrific opportunity for an Operations Team Leader to join one of the UK's biggest banks on an initial 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent.
