For our customer we are looking for a Infrastructure Project Manager - Storage/Capacity Management.
Project Manager for Capacity Management end-to-end implementation:
QRA identifying areas for improvement. Ensure end to end implementation of automated tools. Simplify CM roles and responsibility, implemented and understood the customer (Both I&O as BITA). Ensure reporting on Storage and Backup are implemented. Establish capacity plans and improve capacity reporting and capabilities to analyze and forecast existing and new business user demands
Project Management requirements for Capacity Management project
Strong project management skills and experience in working with operations teams/businesses to maximize their performance through coaching, consultancy and technical insight.
Practical understanding and knowledge of managing cross functional projects and managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure priorities are understood and solutions delivered according to plans and objectives.
Knowledge of analytical software, capabilities and tools to support the Capacity Management Process is a must
Broad knowledge of Operations Capacity Management related activities, based on ITIL best practices (eg forecasting techniques, capacity planning tools, capability building within Operations)
Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
Fluent in English language, both oral and written
