The Job Description is as follows:
Establish a service based maintenance and operations for the SAP Command Center Configuration Manager.
Provide the service for future developments of the Configuration Manager based on the SCC provided requirements.
Identify and adopt measures for improving process effectiveness.
Plan for the tool promotion and their usage and ensure implementation accordingly.
Configuration Manager Operation.
Configuration End User Support.
Configuration Manager Maintenance.
SCC Intranet Ticketing System.
Web Shop Maintenance.
New developments for the Configuration Manager.
Service and maintenance provisioning.
