* Salesforce.com Support Consultant. 2 - Barcelona, Spain - English speaking role.

On behalf of our customer, a world leader in their industry sector, we are currently looking for two salesforce.com support consultant to join the team for a long term contract position.You will be the main point of contact for salesforce.com issues that cannot be resolved at local level.

You will need to have had similar experiences working in a support function, and have a very good understanding of CRM/salesforce.com processes. A combination of phone based tools and ticketing system will be used. You will also receive training on the way our customer is using salesforce.com to improve its customer care function throughout the world.

One of these positions is more technical, whereas the other is more to support the subsidiaries being deployed (training users, supporting deployment teams). To qualify, candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position.

These are English speaking role only, however, a knowledge of Spanish would be a benefit. This is a long term role, with 3 months renewable contracts. Interviews will take place over the phone from April 12th, with a view to start shortly after (no later than early May).

Local candidates will be considered first, although we are open to EU nationals willing to relocated.
