Description
Responsibilities:- The Instrument Support Engineer/Technologist is responsible for supporting a large variety of transducers, instruments, and data acquisition systems through self-directed front line support services including troubleshooting, repair, installation, and configuration of Powertrain & Hydraulic Systems Development instrumentation.
- The Engineer/Technologist is also responsible for maintaining detailed quality documents to ensure there is ISO measurement traceability for each test.
- Potential travel, up to 30% (may include international travel).
Education/Experience:
- Looking for 2 year technical degree, but would be willing to consider a Bachelor's degree in an electrical engineering field or 1-3 years equivalent work experience. Technical school preferred.
- 1-3 years of instrument application experience.
- Must have electrical experience

- Knowledge of basic measurement techniques for pressure, temperature, flow, displacement, vibration, and strain.
