Description
RED is searching for a SAP PP VC Windchill Analyst for a contract position in Wisconsin.
Position Summary:
You will be handling the following interfaces in helping document the FUT, data setup in all the systems integration testing, helping with the super users training, documents the issues, coordinating with development team, setting up schedule jobs, monitoring schedule jobs, debugging issues, document the process and prepare training documents
Coordinate with development team:
Provide information/input in developing the interfaces
- Document the end to end processes
- Document what the errors will be and how to capture the errors
- Document the solutions to solve the issues
- Document the support process
- Prepare training documents
- Get the knowledge transfer from SI team and the Third party teams involved in the development
Prepare for ITC2 and the test script preparation in process oriented not by the transaction code
- Prepare test scripts based on the process not by the transaction code
- Prepare test script with flow charts based on the roles and responsibilities of the different departments
Support the testing team in ITC2 and UAT
- Identify the defects and provide proper defect resolution. Document the process defect resolution
- Document the missing business processes and quickly provide solutions
- Work with testing team to close the defect.
Support cutover preparation activities.
- Setup schedule jobs
- Prepare the spread sheet and train the super users in dual maintenance activities
- Prepare supporting team documentation
- Help load the manual data creation in the production system
Participate in Cutover & Hyper Care activities
Participate in KT sessions by the SI
Wave1 Support Activities
Support the incidents raised in the Oshkosh plant
Co-coordinating the UAT and changes through CAB reviews and bring closure to the tickets
