Operations Manager/Operational Manager/Operations Lead

An Operations Manager is urgently required at a Big 4 UK Bank on an initial 6 month contract to lead a Commercial Banking Complaints Programme from an Operational point of view.

The successful Operations Manager will come from a Commercial Complaints background, mainly focusing on Swaps, Floors, Caps and Loans. This is strictly an Operational role, and not require Subject Matter Expertise.

The successful Operations Manager will meet the following criteria:

Previous experience an an Operations Manager within Commercial Complaints is absolutely essential

Experience within the Operations department of a Financial Services firm

Core Operational Management experience

Understanding of Caps, Swaps, Floors etc would be advantageous

This is a brilliant opportunity for an Operations Manager to join one of the UK's largest Banks on an initial 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent.
