Purpose of role
The role holder's main function is to effectively support the testing requirements for the strategic Personal Account Dealing and Outside Affiliation/Private Investment system and where required to support the business as usual processes for the Personal Investments and Outside Affiliations policies. They should also assist in the implementation of the target operating model.
Core accountabilities
The role holder will be responsible for the following:
Ø Ensuring that all required testing is completed on a daily basis
Ø Documenting all testing results and raising defects to Regional Head and Compliance Change
Ø Participating on all calls and meetings where required
Ø Being familiar with the BRDs and system requirements
Ø Supporting the BAU team in adhoc administrative tasks
Ø Adhoc work relating to Personal Investments and Outside Affilitions
Key clients (internal and external)
The role holder will on a daily basis liaise with the Compliance Change, BAU Team and Global Personal Investment and Outside Affiliation teams.
Risk & Control Objective
- Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Barclays Operational Risk Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Standards.
