Compliance Manager - Asset Management
I'm looking for a compliance manager that has a sound knowledge of marketing and distribution channel compliance for an Asset Manager.
The ideal person would have specific operational knowledge around COBS 4 and Cross-border regs.
This is for a large Asset Manager going through transformation who are looking for dynamic individuals to help them achieve their short-to-long term objectives in risk and compliance.
Imperatives:
- Asset Management experience
- A sound operational knowledge of COBS 4 and Cross-Border Regulations
- A track record of implementing processes, policies and procedures in a compliance function
- Institutional marketing and distribution experience, channel's being: platforms, banks etc
- Good stakeholder management exp
