Recruitment Adviser
Market Rate (initial 6 months)
Portsmouth
We are looking for a Recruitment Adviser with recruitment experience for an initial 6 month contract working for one of the world's largest aerospace and defence consultancies.
The ideal Recruitment Adviser, will have experience of recruitment across internal and external markets, ideally within specialist industry sectors (preferably engineering or aerospace).
Role
*To manage all Internal and External recruitment activities for Portsmouth and Stevenage, within the agreed process and policy.
*To co-ordinate and advice on all necessary actions and decisions to meet recruitment targets defined through the Staffing Plan process in the areas of:
*Sourcing
*Selection
*To monitor process performance, implementing improvements in line with local and global requirements
*To utilise the functionality of the e-recruit system in all customer activities
*To ensure that skill and knowledge levels are at an appropriate level in the business to make the right selection decisions
Skills
*Experience of Recruitment across internal and external markets, ideally within specialist industry sectors
*Experience in conducting competency interviews
*A need to be well organised and experienced in process management
*Good customer service skills
*Excellent communication skills
*IT literate, especially with Excel
