Nurse Specialist for Safeguarding Children required for a London based NHS Community Trust for an initial 3 month contractI am working with a London based Community NHS Trust who are seeking to recruit a Nurse Specialist for Safeguarding Children on a 3 month contract.
The successful candidate will be required to :
* Take the lead on Children's Safeguarding for the Trust
* Provide advice and liaise with the Designated doctor, Local Safeguarding Children's Board and the Strategic Health Authority.
* Provide expert knowledge and advice to GP Practices and other private/NHS services on matters relating to Safeguarding Children.
* Be a Registered Nurse
* Have a clinical background.
