Our client, a well known IT multinational organisation, is currently looking for an experienced CV screener to join their team.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
* Recruitment background.
* Proven experience of screening high volume of CVs.
* Previous experience of communicating with potential candidates via telephone or face to face.
* Previous recruiting/sourcing/search firm work experience desired, including familiarity with using an applicant tracking system.
