Description
My NHS client based in London is currently recruiting for a Childrens Continuing Healthcare Nurse Assessor.You must have experience of working within and carrying out Childrens Continuing Healthcare Assessments previously.
The role will be to lead Multidisciplinary Team Assessment and make recommendations as to whether someone is eligible for NHS Continuing Healthcare under the national framework for CHC and FNC.
You will need to have an understanding of safeguarding.
This is an immediate start interim role. Day rate is negotiable.
