I'm currently working with a client who now has sign off and budget for a Interim Clinical Coding Manager.Telephone interviews/conversations will be held this week for a in depth conversation directly with the hiring manager.
The trust is looking to bring a contractor in to manage the day to day duties of the coding department, ensure the team is working and meeting it's monthly targets, review any errors with the on site auditor, liaise with senior staff regarding all coding matters.
The basic outlines of what they can offer are:
- Initial 3 month contract with 6+ months work available
- Day rate £275+ Per day - Open for discussion depending on experience
- Flexible working available
- Start date ASAP - Can wait up to 4 weeks for the right candidate
